Jonathan Sexton 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2020 I got a new computer and cannot transfer Nitro Pro. I tried to deactivate the accounts utilizing the serial number. It did not work. It told me that no one was using the serial number, but I know that is not true. So, I tried to just activate Nitro using my serial number on my new computer. It did not work either. When I attempted to deactivate all accounts being utilized, it said that there were no users utilizing my serial number. This is not true. So, I just tried activating Nitro on my new computer using my serial number and it would not work. I just need to transfer the account from my old computer to my new computer.
