So we deactivated the licences off the old ones, but when we went to activate the new computers got hit with Error 23. I tried to deactivate them via https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal but it said in use on 0 or 1 computer and still has the same error. How do i fix this as it seems to be a common issue? Sherrie Roberts Posted July 6, 2020 Report Share Posted July 6, 2020 Hi, I need my key released as well. The portal shows that I am allowed 2 activations and there are currently 0 active.
