Change Nitro V6 to a new PC

Hello,

I have changed my PC and I need to move Nitro Version 6 over to the new PC. I don't have the licence and I can't locate the serial number. It was purchased in 2010.  I've tried to locate the in registry but it doesn't show. Can you provide a download link for version 6 and let me know hot to activate.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.
(Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)

There are no purchase records when I searched using that email address.

It might have been purchased through a retail store, a reseller, or another email was used.

Please send us the invoice, we might be able to find it.

We don't have the invoice it was 10 years ago. It would have been purchased with  credit card.

I have deactivated both licenses and downloaded a trial version nitro pro 11 and it wont let me activate on either machine now, Its telling me license number already used on the new machine and on my pc it is telling license number does not exist
