Abdulrahman 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2020 Customers have been reporting that they can't sign our PDF's via Samsung Mobile (not sure about others) - I've also tried this and have the same issue; tried using Chrome Browser, Samsung Browser, Edge Browser. Where it asks to scribble your signature, it doesn't read any input when on portrait - it works when rotating the screen (landscape). It works fine when signing on a PC/Laptop.
