Install onto New Laptop/Serial# Not Recognized

Hello,

 

I had to purchase a new laptop and have installed Nitro Pro 12 onto it. I want to activate my current license (which was emailed to me my Nitro) on the new laptop. When I do so, I receive Error 20 "Invalid Serial# - Serial number entered does not exist".

 

I searched for support on the portal and was told to look up my license by entering the serial#. I enter the serial# and is told that it is not valid. I have all of my emails from my initial purchase from late 2019, but cannot find a phone# with which to speak to a human being.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

If you have a version 12 license, you need to install Nitro Pro 12 on your new laptop.
You may have installed Nitro Pro 13 on your computer which cannot be activated using a version 12 license.

To check the version installed on your laptop, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
If you see that you are not on Nitro Pro 12, you need to uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, activate it using your version 12 license. 
If another activation failure occur, even if you are already in Nitro Pro 12, please send me your serial number through private message.
