I would like to get additional information about this issue, could you please provide details to the following? 1. The exact build/version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This information can be found under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. Screenshot of the error message. 3. The exact steps you are taking before getting the -3 error. 4. Stanley White 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2020 Nitro Pro 13.19.2.356 I just tried the log in and it worked! I will reach out again if I can not log in.
