Joe R 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2020 When starting Nitro Pro, I get Error 401. Clicking Ok clears the message and the software seems to work fine. This message also pops up randomly (it seems) when Nitro Pro has been running for a time. I tried to find a newer version to load but could not find one on the website.
