Mark Tehrani 0 Report post Posted July 4, 2020 I have Nitro Pro 12 that I purchased in 2018. Apparently due to computer reset or change, software is not working, asking for re-cativation. Have tried every thing, spoken to Celeverbridge. Got an email stating that I needed to De-activate and plug back in the serial No. . I get an error message stating "Sorry you can only de-activate 0 times. There is not help line nor any phone No.. Could any one shed some light on this issue?
