Almlk 0 Report post Posted February 1, 2017 Hi, I own Nitro Pro 10 and the "Software Assurance" add on, I'm supposed to get the Nitro Pro 11 upgrade for free, so far I have failed to do so online, I have already submitted 3 tickets to support with no response, the Software assurance promises "first response within 2 hours" , it has been more than 36 now and also the "24/7 global support" that I wasn't able to find anywhere, I only found one number in California which always leads to either an automated message or voice mail no matter what you select, can anyone please help?
