Cannot Activate

Hi,

I cannot activate Nitro Pro. It is saying the key has been used but the license page it says this the message below, FYI our serial number is 23****************

Number of Activations Allowed

         2

Hi @IT Support,

An adjustment has been made on the provided serial number. Please try to activate again your Nitro Pro 12 installation, it should be good to go.
