The Download as PDF cannot be removed when you share a document on Nitro Sign. The Print option cant be controlled as well since browsers have this option. You can place a security on your document before uploading it in Nitro Sign. When you share that document and the recipient opted to download it as PDF, they wont be able to print the document, when viewed using a PDF application, as it is not allowed due to security set on it. To configure the document security, open the document in Nitro Pro. Go to File > Document Properties. Under Security tab, set the Security Method to Password Security. On the Permissions section, assign a password then set the following: Printing Allowed: None Changes Allowed: Creating, inserting, deleting and rotating pages. Click Finish then save the document. Upload this document in Nitro Sign and once shared, recipient/s who opted to download it as PDF will not be able to print it when opened on any PDF viewer.
