Make automatic index from Bookmark

Hello!

I am trying to find the way of making automatically an index of the PDF, from the bookmark. After combining some different files, having Bookmark it is very useful to jump to different sections, but how can this automatically convert in new page with index inside the document? This would be necessary to see when you print, in example.
