Nitro Sign supports the addition of timestamps to signatures which will record the time at which the document is signed. To add a timestamp to a signature field, the 'Include Timestamp' option will need to be selected when sending the document for signing (as shown in the image). This will need to be done for each document, and there is no way to set this by default at present. The time of signature will also be recorded in the audit trail of the document.
