Kevin Learmonth
Using NitroPro v13 on a Win 10 pro PC. When I copy a block of text from a PDF and paste into an email or word ducument, the characters duplicate. So for example if I copy "my address" I get "M yyaaddrreess" Source PDF is generated from as accounts package, so I have no control over PDF generation side. I like NitroPro, but will need to ababdon it if I can't get it to copy and paste properly. Any ideas of cause or a fix?

Kevin Learmonth
File sent last week, still having the same problem. If it can't be resolved today I'm going to have to reluctantly move to a different package (Foxit PDF is copying and pasting fine).
Kevin Learmonth
I've tried a previous community forum post, regarding an ongoing inability to copy data from a PDF, and paste to another application. Just duplicated characters. I got no response after I was asked to send over a test file, which I did over a wek ago. The product is no longer fit for my needs, I would like a refund please.
