Bassel Massamiri 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2020 Hi Support, We reformatted a PC without deactivating the license , i have tried to deactivate the licenses on this website: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal but i still get this error message: -23 Error: License number already used , can you please help us with this matter.
