Nitro Pro 10 Activation issue

Hi Support,

We reformatted a PC without deactivating the license , i have tried to deactivate the licenses on this website:  https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal but i still get this error message: -23 Error: License number already used , can you please help us with this matter.

Please send me your serial number through private message so I could take a look at its activation records. Simply mouse hover to my profile then click the 'Message' link.

Hi @Bassel Massamiri,

An adjustment has been made on your version 10 serial number. Please try to activate again your Nitro Pro 10 installation by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate.
