Nitro Pro 10 activiation problem

Hi Support,

i want to activate my license on a new further computer. i have tried to deactivate the licenses on this website:  https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal but i still get this error message: -23 Error: License number already used , can you please help us with this matter.
