No licence number recived by email

As you were unable to resolve my licencing problem on V12 I have paid to upgrade to V13. The payment has gone through Cleverbridge but I have not had an email with a licence number. Even more annoying is I can't use VIP support without said licence number. How long should the email confirmation take? Thanks
