James Melling Posted July 9, 2020 Report Share Posted July 9, 2020 Hi As you were unable to resolve my licencing problem on V12 I have paid to upgrade to V13. The payment has gone through Cleverbridge but I have not had an email with a licence number. Even more annoying is I can't use VIP support without said licence number.
