Couldn't deactivate so cannot activate Nitro

Hi,

My PC was upgraded to windows 10 and I forgot to deactivate Nitro. Now I cannot activate again. I was sent to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal, but I get the message 'Please enter a valid serial number'

Your serial number is for version 8. Please scroll down the following page to get the correct version 8 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464

and activate by following the instructions on this page: 
http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639

Hi Leslie,

I did install version 8. When trying to activate it I get error 23, as I didn't de-install from the PC before it was wiped and upgraded. The instructions you provided state that I should de-install from the other PC, which is not possible as it doesn't exist anymore...

I also went to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal also but it didn't recognize the license number (maybe because it is v8?).

Did I miss something? What now?

I de-installed v8 and then installed it again with the installer you provided. It works now. You can ignore my direct message from today.
