Could not be opened because its open parameters are invalid or incomplete

Hi

I just installed nitro pro on my new laptop, downloaded nitro pro from website and installed it.
so far so good but you can't open any PDF file it always shows this message:
doc.pdf could not be opened because its open parameters are invalid or incomplete. If it is a document in the cloud, make sure you have successfully logged in to the cloud provider.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
We appreciate any help.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:

-The serial number of your Nitro Pro.
-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?
