Version 13 update fails

Trying to update version 13 (currently running 13.13.2.242). Downloaded installer.

When I run it as Administrator, it reports that it Failed.

Does it require that the existing version be uninstalled before updating?

If not, then how do I update to the new version?

This is where I downloaded the update:

The executable that downloads is: nitro_pro13.exe

 I “run as administrator” and get this result:

No details as to why it failed.

For some reason, I cannot view the image coming from your Google drive. It seems that it is not shared and it requires permission access. 
Please try to install Nitro Pro 13 using the offline installer. Kindly refer to the following download links:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

Sorry about the link, should have been viewable by you.

Used this installer: 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

Installer ran without issue. Current version is 13.19.2.356 after install.

How would I navigate to that installer download on the Nitro web site? I paid for the product & so should be able to find it easily, but that was not the case.

The online installer (found in https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads) should be able to install/update Nitro Pro on a machine. The link to the offline installer changes based on the released build. You may reach out to us anytime if you have issues updating or installing Nitro Pro using the online installer.
