Mustafa Alsinan
I am using Nitro pro 13.6.0.108 , I have a pdf file with Table of contents. when I hover the mouse's cursor over the linked contents it changes to the "clickable link" cursor. however when I click it is not taking me to that specific pdf link. I tried using the bookmarks and it works fine. I tried using other pdf software and opening table of content works find as well. can you give me suggestion or tip on how to fix this issue ? https://ibb.co/bmzshyV

Mustafa Alsinan
Hi Reymund, unfortunately the document is only for internal use. in addition, it is about 2 Gb 🙂. anything may help us in our issue let me know and I'll do my best sharing it. please note that some of the links in the table of the content are external and linked with other PDF file. however, some are internal within the same table of content pdf file, and both of them are not clickable. I once happened to have issue with Adobe Acrobat where external links are disabled and cannot be opened as a protection measurement within the software. Mustafa Alsinan
Edit: more input/ I found out that the external linked pdf file are working fine if I double click them. however the internal links within the table of contents are not clickable whatsoever. I tried both one click and double click. I'll try to send you a recorded video.
