I have just had my hard drive replaced by our IT provider and no longer had the Nirto Pro on my computer, I reinstalled the version I had 11 32 bit and attempted to reinstall with my serial# and it says that my serial number is already in use, how do I resolve this?

An adjustment has been made on your version 11 serial number.
Please try to activate again your Nitro Pro 11 installation, it should be good to go.
