Access to the path 'C:\Users\name\Appdata\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\11.0\Plugins\NitroExcellAddin.ini' is denied. error seems apparent but unable to resolve either by installing with admin on normally. The 'Access to path... is denied' error is usually resolved by running a clean uninstall (using our cleanup tool) then reinstall Nitro Pro. Before we proceed to that, please provide the exact version and build of Nitro Pro installed on your computer. This information can be found under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Also, please send me a private message and provide your Nitro Pro serial number. Simply mouse hover to my profile then click the 'Message' link.
