Renelel Leinbach Posted July 15, 2020 Report Share Posted July 15, 2020 I got a new computer. Old computer that houses Nitro is destroyed. I downloaded and clicked activate. I entered my serial number, says does not exist. Takes me to find # support page. It locates it and says it is active, says click deactivate and then re-enter your serial number. When I click deactivate it says you can deactivate 0 licenses. Click submit ticket if this does not resolve. That take me back to enter your serial number and is a circle of getting no where.
