serial number disappeared

All of a sudden, Nitro Pro tells me that i have to activate it.  I have no clue what my serial number is.  it isn't on the email that confirmed the purchase, and it's not in my "about nitro Pro".  This also happened with the earlier version one time.  now it's happening with 12.  i took a second chance.  and contacting nitro pro is VERY difficult,  Hmmm. . . ilnteresting.  if this is going to be a repeating occurrence, is there a way to just get a refund and bite the bullet and move on to the regular adobe editing software?

If your Nitro Pro 13 reverted to trial, kindly note this is a known issue with older builds of 13 and has already been fixed.

To further assist you, please install Nitro Pro 13.19 using below direct installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13192356/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number (sent to you privately).

Hi Allain,

I have the similar problem. I have bought the activation but I didn't get the Serial Number email. And there is no way to contact to claim for it!!

Please let me know what I should do.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

I have the same issue- a new computer but can not find the serial number. I have the invoice (no serial) and the old PC gives serial number with xxxxxx in the end.

1- asked for new invoice and "all info related to the order"-- got no serial number  (URL)

2-  did the local machine/software check- no license key there

3-  did the check on old PC- gives me some numbers and a bunch of xxxxxxx

4-  found the license portal thorugh  support- guess what  I need a license key  https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

5- found the support page- need a license key.
