I contacted the support team a few years ago and they provided a link to download the software however it no longer works. When we try to download the software the installer tells us that we are trying to download a 32 bit program on a 64 bit computer which is not correct. This installer link has always worked, it has only been since we got windows 10 that this no longer works. If you purchased this directly through our online store, I will be able to find a record of this.
