Nitro Pro 11 Won't Open

Nitro Pro 11 won't open either from the desktop icon or the task bar.  I have restarted my computer several times and it has not resolved the problem.

This is a common scenario when multiple monitors are being used. When Nitro Pro is opened on a monitor that is later disconnected, it won't default to a current "active" display which causes Nitro Pro to display on the missing monitor. Kindly try these steps:

1. Focus on Nitro Pro by clicking on it on the Taskbar. 
2. Press the Windows key + Left/Right arrow until Nitro Pro appears.

If above doesn't help, please provide me with the following:
-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you're aware of before this happened?
-What OS is installed in your computer (Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1 or 10 and whether it is 32-bit or 64 bit)?
-What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (format is 11.X.X.X, e.g. 11.0.7.411)

I have had Nitro Pro 11 for about 4 or 5 years with no problems.  I  was using a second monitor but disconnected it a couple of days ago.  

I am on Windows 10 Version 1903  64 bit 

Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425

Could you please confirm that the steps 1 and 2 did not help?

Have you also tried running a repair of your Nitro Pro program?

Steps 1 and 2 did nothing.  How do I run a repair of Nitro?  Can I uninstall and re-install Nitro?

Thank you for this clarification.

Please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 or older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy . With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available.  

If you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13 and to know more about some enhancements and fixes with Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Release Notes page  https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes

 

However if you prefer working with an older version and as a courtesy, kindly uninstall the version you currently have by going to Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features, reboot your machine and download Nitro Pro 11.0.8.470 (last build) installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
