One User on Remote Desktop Server printing Problem

Hello there,

We use Nitro Pro 11.0.8.470 on a Windows RDS 2012 R2 and since 2 days only one user can't print anymore.

The user is able to print from other programs.

Is there a way to clear the printing settings/cache?
