Nitro 13 64 bit setup locked and not working

I have gone ahead to check our licensing server and I can see you were able to activate your Nitro Pro 13.

To further assist you, could you please provide more details about the issue you are having?

Are you having issue editing, converting, redacting or running OCR?

Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. 

Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to perform your workflow? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?
