Vigeo Vigeo Posted July 23, 2020 Report Posted July 23, 2020 I followed all steps from different articles on your support site. None worked. Auto and manual activation processes all failed. It seems like this is a popular problem because many others are reporting it. Using Nitro version 12.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Bartle Rautenbach Posted August 17, 2020 Report Posted August 17, 2020 Hello @AllainU, I'm having the exact same problem! On the Nitro system it states I have no active activation's (2 available)...but I get error 23 when I try to activate. Would you be able to help?

Kyle Edwards Posted August 18, 2020 Report Posted August 18, 2020 I have the same issue and it will not resolve. I cannot activate my license. I uninstalled it and re-installed and still cannot activate my license. Absolutely ridiculous.

With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available.
