Nitro not finding my Ver 10 to upgrade

I bought Nitro Pro on 4/5/2019 and I had to send my computer back to Lenovo.  They wiped out my hard drive so I  am trying to re install it but it won't let me because it was already install on the old hard drive.   My Ser # is **.  It was for Nitro Pro 12.  This is my receipt:

I released your Nitro Pro 12 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 12 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
