Shazmin Manji 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2020 I purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite license last year. To date, I am unable to activate my NitroPro which is part of the suite. The activate tab never works. It is only giving hte option to purchase a new subscription. At present the subscription has 0 active licenses. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Could you please provide your Nitro Pro serial number through private message? Also, please check the version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer.
