Can't upgrade

I had to send my Lenovo computer in to get the speakers fixed and they completely wiped out my hard drive.  I had Nitro Pro installed and now no long can used it.  This was my serial number Your Serial Number: ***.   It was purchased in April,2019.   Can I reinstall it.  It is not recognized when I try to upgrade to Nitro 13.

That error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 12, please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

If you wish to upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.

Thank you.  I wasn't sure it would work since it was still registered on my old hard drive, but it did.  :)
