BFTech Posted July 28, 2020 Report Share Posted July 28, 2020 We have a computer with a Nitro Pro 8 License that will no longer startup so we set her up with a new computer but could not go through the normal process when moving from one computer to another of pulling up the serial number and deactivating nitro on the old computer to then activate it on the new one with the same serial number so.... Following various posts on the forums we knew where in the registry the Serial Number should be so after attaching the drive to another computer and loading a hive from windows on her drive attached externally we pulled that up but the serial number does not show under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Nitro or any of the subkeys Pro -> 8.0 -> NitroPDFCreator and Settings Does anyone have any ideas?
