Reactivate on a new computer

Switched to a new computer and trying to activate Nitro Pro (12) on the new machine. Went to deactivate on the old machine first and got a -20:error - Invalid license number error.

Also tried activating on the new machine without deactivating first and had the same issue.

Both copies are version 12.

Please provide the following details so we could further troubleshoot this activation issue.

1. The exact version and build of Nitro Pro installed on the computer. This information can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. Your serial number.
