Could you please provide your Nitro Pro serial number through private message so could check your account? To send a private message, please click the 'Message' link when you mouse hover my profile. Regarding the Sign issue, are you using the Nitro Sign or the recipients are using Nitro Pro to sign the document? If using Nitro Pro, are they trying to sign using QuickSign or Digital Signature?
