Old serial no still active, won't activate

It's old, but search shows my lic. is still active.

Cannot activate free version...can you help.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Your serial number is a version 6 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 6 installation.
If you have installed a newer version, you need to uninstall that then install Nitro Pro 6. You can download the installer from the following location:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional/archive/62306/nitro_pdf_professional6_ocr.exe 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional/archive/62306/nitro_pdf_professional6_ocr_x64.exe

If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:

Once Nitro Pro 6 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 6 serial number.
