Ben Delville 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2020 Hi, In 2015 I subscribed to Nitro Pro+, and kept up my software assurance. In 2018, my assurance didn't automatically renew, so I contacted Nitro support (back when you could actually speak to human being.) And I had asked that my software auto renew in 2019. Looking back, I see my software didn't renew last year. Now, I want to download Nitro Pro 13 (as Pro+ includes the cloud app and the desktop app). Despite being listed in Nitro Cloud as a Premium account still, I see nowhere to renew my software assurance, OR download Nitro 13. So, what is the trick? In order to renew your Software Assurance (now known as VIP access), kindly first upgrade your Nitro Pro 12 with serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-xxx906 to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate by entering its serial number in our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13 and to know more about some enhancements and fixes with Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Release Notes page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
