Having Trouble with the Free Trial

Hello,

  I downloaded Pro 13 on Windows 10 for the free trial to evaluate it for my company. When I downloaded and launched the trial, it said the trial was already expired. 

This computer is a work computer. Someone else had it before I did.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please provide the Nitro computer ID of your Nitro Pro 13 installation (in trial mode).
You can locate the information by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Deactivate. 

Please copy the exact Nitro computer and take a screenshot as well. Send these data using private message.
