When I downloaded and launched the trial, it said the trial was already expired. This computer is a work computer. Someone else had it before I did. Thanks. Please provide the Nitro computer ID of your Nitro Pro 13 installation (in trial mode). You can locate the information by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Deactivate.
