Brian DeMilia 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2020 I have a single-user Nitro Pro 12 license, which based on my understanding, allows for one installation on a desktop another installation on a portable device, such as a laptop. I recently purchased a laptop and attempted to active Nitro Pro 12 on that device. It says I have no remaining installations. As I may have reformatted my desktop a couple of times, I then used this page https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal to deactivate previous installations, and then attempted to activate again. I receive the same error, despite that page now showing that I have 2 remaining installations. Could you please advise? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 12 license so you can proceed with the activation. Please try to activate again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate.
