Please use this tool for activation issues with Nitro Pro, such as Error -23, before logging a Support Ticket or posting on the Community Forum. Note: This License Portal is to be used for online/single licenses only, not for our Business/Enterprise licenses. Our Business users could use this portal to see the overall status and usage of their licenses but cannot make any adjustments to them.
