Please use this tool for activation issues with Nitro Pro 12 or older versions, such as Error -23, before logging a Support Ticket or posting on the Community Forum. If you run into activation issues with Nitro Pro 13, please leave a post on the Community Forum and one of our Support Representatives will assist you.
Note: This License Portal is to be used for online/single licenses only, not for our Business/Enterprise licenses. Our Business users have to submit a support ticket and will be assisted asap.
