Ron Rosenblum Posted April 11, 2023 Report Share Posted April 11, 2023 I have Nitro Pro v11.0.3.134. I am trying to activate it on a new computer and have my serial number. I get the -24: Activation error. I go through the online tool which shows 0 activations so the Deactivate button does nothing. Can you help me? We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.
