Update for Nitro PRO 14 Not Working

Hi Reymund,

I have a simmilar issue that need your help please. When I enter my serial number (234***-******-******) on the upgrade portal and I proceed to check out, I’m redirected on a page where it’s written upgrade for the version 13 instead of version 14.

Could you please help me quickly with that? I doesn’t have Nitro Pro and I need to perform urgent tasks with it.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Upon checking, upgrading your existing serial number through the Upgrade portal redirected me to the version 14 upgrade.
Below is the screenshot of the page:

Could you please try again? 
If you still see an upgrade to version 13, please take a screenshot and provide the link so we could take a look.

Hi Reymund,

I try it again and I have the same issue. The Upgrade portal redirected me to the version 13 upgrade.

Note that I erased all the cookies and naviguation datas from my browser before I tried it.

I went to those adress:

I tried both links and they directed me to Nitro PDF Pro 14 - Upgrade. I am also not receiving a similar upgrade issue like this. 
Please try another browser or launch your browser in Cognito mode or InPrivate window then see if it works there.

Hi Reymund,

For your information, I found the problem.

Indeed, when I switched the page for English (instead of French),  the Upgrade portal redirected me to the version 14 upgrade.

I appreciate this update and thank you for your interest in upgrading your license to version 14.

I still cannot replicate the upgrade issue in the Upgrade portal when I changed the language to non-English such as French, but I will take note of what you have found in case another user encounters the same problem.
