I don't see the serial number to connect the program to a new PC

I have changed PCs and I found a video that indicated that by downloading the program on the initial PC I could obtain the serial number, this was not the case. now I can't install the program on my new pc

I have a video of the deactivation process in which the serial number appears, but only the first 5 appear. Unfortunately I cannot upload the video here because it prevents me from doing so.

If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website, please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1. First and last name of purchaser 
2. Email address used purchase Nitro (I was unable to find anything using your email address)
3. Order reference number (I suggest you search through your email for 'cleverbridge', our online merchant)

Mi nombre es Arafat Antonio  Espinoza Ortiz, se realizó la compra desde el correo electrónico arafat@runaq.com.pe o con el correo sasquasohum@gmail.com  solo tengo un mensaje que  me envié al mismo correo con el sigueinte número **** que no sé a que se refiere.

También cuando hice la desactivación pude fotografiar esto id de equipo : 3WEfgUJKdql8v6jRwXle y Library versión : 3.5.49.6 NSL: 13.5.49.6

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
