Marc Vromen Posted September 22, 2023 Report Share Posted September 22, 2023 Hello, I'm trying to move my nitro version from Nitro Pro 12 to a new laptop Using the online portal (Which is awfully designed BTW - I'm sure no customer service is really cheap), I choose upgrade, fill in the current serial number and it tells me to put a message up here. At this point, I just wanted to go back to Nitro Pro 12 on a new laptop, but now I can't even do that? Please help. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
