I purchased the license with kp****@centersforpain.com. I have tried resetting my password but I do not receive any email to reset the password. Is there any other way to get my serial number? Please note that I did not find a license purchase on the provided email address. Our merchant sends an Invoice Receipt that contains an order reference number to the email address you used during purchase.
