Money spent. Can't get started. ???

Apologies in advance for the ultra-stupid basic nature of these problems, and what may seem like a rant.

Bought the program, trying it for my office, maybe later for the company if it works out. 

Nitro Pro w eSign, downloaded, installed, can't edit.  Stuck in Reader mode, apparently, not activated maybe?

Can't activate.  Instructions don't work, no serial number included in the "welcome" emails. 

The chatbot is useless, and working my way through that channel to a relevant answer will undoubtedly require a career move.

Can't get a human, it seems, not possible. 

I bought and paid for a program, want something simple: to install and use it.  Can't do it.  Frustrated is an inadequate word. 

On top of that, I believe I bought a monthly subscription, but the paperwork says annual. 

I'm thinking I just want a refund, and I'll go back my previous nightmare.
