I am not able to download Nitro Pro 12 and not able to use Nitro Pro 12 serial number to obtain newer version at discounted price. Dianna Candelaria Posted May 7 Author Report Share Posted May 7 (edited) I am almost positive I purchased it from Nitro Pro several years ago and I no longer have the receipt/invoice. I took a screenshot of the License before I deactivated it on the computer I was replacing. And the Activation Portal accepted the license indicating I have 2 activations available on the license. I can send the screenshot of the deactivation screen from my old computer. When I go to the Activation Portal link below, it is showing the serial number is active and I have 2 available activations. Do I need a new activation key?
