We have a newer build of Nitro PDF Pro 13, which is 13.70.7.60. Have you tried to install it? If not, please update your Nitro by downloading the latest build here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads Once installed and updated, please try it and see how it goes. Thank you.
