Ron Throndson Posted May 1 Report Share Posted May 1 I have my quick access toolbar set up the way I want with commands, etc. At times, when I shut everything down at the end of the day and then re-start the next day and open up nitro/pdf files, my quick access toolbar is back to the default setting of 5 items. Why is this happening? Or.... how can I permanently set my quick access toolbar to what I want (or at least bring it back up as a whole vs. having to reset everything by pulling up each task and rearranging). I understand that you are having issues with your quick-access toolbar. Please be informed that this is a known issue for the older versions of Nitro. Can you please confirm the version of your Nitro PDF Pro? You can check it by opening Nitro, going to help, and then selecting About Nitro Pro. Thank you.
